Josh is a pharmacist by trade and a proven leader in the healthcare industry, with over 18 years of experience launching and scaling pharmacy businesses. A natural builder, he has a track record of transforming unique challenges into measurable opportunities.

His expertise spans the entire pharmacy lifecycle. Early in his career, he launched and scaled multiple compounding pharmacies. His ability to build and innovate was most evident at PillPack, where he launched its first satellite pharmacy and then scaled its national mail-order network, culminating in the company's acquisition by Amazon for approximately $1 billion in 2018.

Following the acquisition, Josh continued to lead at Amazon, helping launch Amazon Pharmacy. He managed regional fulfillment pharmacies and served as a Senior Program Manager overseeing confidential projects for Amazon.

He served as a Principal Product Manager at Babylon Health, the UK's largest telehealth provider. Following that, he launched and scaled the pharmacy vertical for Cue Health, a NASDAQ-listed company. Most recently, he was the VP of Pharmacy Operations and Customer Service for DiRx, a company similar to Mark Cuban’s Cost Plus Drugs.

Josh graduated in 2013 with a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Midwestern University - College of Pharmacy in Glendale, Arizona. In 2010 he obtained his Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences with a Minor in Chemistry from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. He is licensed in 22 states

A South Florida resident since the early 90s, Josh is a dedicated family man, married to a nurse practitioner and a proud father of four. He's an avid fan of all Miami sports teams and enjoys the Florida lifestyle, from its beautiful beaches to the occasional "cool season" road trip up north (you know, when it drops to a chilly 70 degrees).
